IVYEL J-2 Series & GL-3 Series (J-2, J-2REM, GL-3, GL-3REM): We cover the product to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase from an authorized retailer. 

IVYEL AP-7 Series (AP-7): We cover the product to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use and service for a period of three (3) years from date of purchase from an authorized retailer. 

IVYEL DL (DL): We cover the product to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use and service for a period of three (3) years from date of purchase from an authorized retailer. 

IVYEL PL Series (PL, PL-MAX): We cover the product to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use and service for a period of five (5) years from date of purchase from an authorized retailer. 

Please note that this warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser of the IVYEL product.

Our warranty obligations are limited to the repair or replacement, at IVYEL's discretion, of products or parts found to be defective. This warranty applies provided that the products were correctly installed and used in accordance with the instructions provided. IVYEL will not charge for labor or parts in connection with warranty repairs or replacements. We are not responsible for the cost of removal, return, or reinstallation of products.

Except for the express warranties provided herein, IVYEL makes no express or implied warranties of any kind whatsoever with respect to the product in terms of merchantability, fitness, particular purpose, design, condition, quality, or performance of the product. In addition, IVYEL will not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase or use of products or incidental damages or consequential loss of profits or benefits.

IVYEL reserves the right to waive responsibility for warranty coverage for situations including, but not limited to, other implied warranties from authorized or unauthorized sellers, warranties expressed in written or verbal form for non-genuine or counterfeit IVYEL product distributors or vendors, any intentional action to contort or take advantage of the warranty for financial or personal gain.

Defects caused by any other accident, including failure of installation, carelessness by the user, or defects caused by owner's usage, cannot be applied for the above mentioned warranties. For products that come as a package, only the defected item from the package will be remedied. This remedy may be repeated within 90 days or the remainder of the warranty. The original product is needed for any future warranty requests regarding the order.

IVYEL reserves the right to replace, repair, rebuild, and recondition products at IVYEL's sole option. If the product under warranty becomes inactive or no longer in production, IVYEL reserves the right to replace the inactive product with a similar or better product in accordance to IVYEL judgment and discretion.

Excluding the express warranty provided, IVYEL, in no event shall be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from the use of any IVYEL product, including, but without limitation, product damage or personal injury.

This warranty provides specific legal rights. You may have other rights that vary from state to state.

To obtain warranty repair service under this policy, you must first contact IVYEL to obtain authorization for service at info@ivyelshop.com. After receiving authorization, please clean the product and deliver it prepaid to our service facility, along with a paper that includes your name, phone number and address. Please note that IVYEL reserves the right to refuse service on products that are received in unsanitary conditions with visible bodily fluids, and a $50 cleaning fee may be assessed if product cleaning is required to ensure a safe repair environment.

This written warranty is the sole warranty provided by IVYEL. Repair or replacement, as provided under this warranty, is the exclusive remedy available to the purchaser. IVYEL shall not be responsible for the loss of the product, or for any other incidental, special, or consequential damages or expenses incurred by the purchaser. IVYEL is also not responsible for labor or other costs related to installation or removal, or for any other expenses not specifically stated above. Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for use, are expressly limited to the duration of this warranty, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

IVYEL shall not be responsible or liable for any failure of, or damage to, the plumbing product or product component caused by chloramines in the treatment of public water supply or in-tank bowl cleaners containing bleach, alcohol, or chlorine (calcium hypochlorite). The use of high concentrations of chlorine or chlorine-related products can seriously damage fittings, potentially causing leakage and significant property damage.
