Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Ivyel, we strive to ship your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy below to understand how and when your items will arrive.

Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed and shipped from our Southern California location.
  • Orders placed before 12 PM (noon) PST are shipped out the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM will ship the same day or the next business day, depending on order volume.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

We work hard to ensure that your order moves quickly through our system so you can enjoy your Ivyel products without delay.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Ivyel offers two delivery options:

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery timeframe: 2–5 business days
  • Available for all orders within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.

Expedited Shipping

  • Delivery timeframe: approximately 2 business days
  • Ideal for customers who need their order faster.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, holiday volume, or severe weather conditions.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery:

  • UPS
  • USPS

Customers will automatically receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress through the carrier’s website.

If you have not received a tracking email within one business day of placing your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Ivyel currently ships within the United States only.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes for certain UPS services.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We want every Ivyel order to arrive safely. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  1. Please contact us immediately with your order number.
  2. We will help coordinate with the carrier and work toward a solution as quickly as possible.
  3. For damaged items, photos of the package and product may be required for claims.

Business Day Definitions

For the purpose of shipping and delivery:

  • Business Days: Monday–Friday
  • Non-Business Days: Weekends and federal holidays
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
