Specific Issues And Solutions

No Water Flow

  1. Check Water Supply: Ensure the water supply to the ionizer is turned on.
  2. Inspect Filters: Clogged or old filters can reduce water flow. Replace filters if necessary.
  3. Inspect Parts: Remove the water regulator and dust filter from the white hose to check if that resolves the issue.
  4. Check Hoses: Ensure there are no kinks or blockages in the hoses.

Low pH Levels

  1. Clean the Ionizer: Scale buildup can affect pH levels. Perform a cleaning as described in the maintenance guide.
  2. Check Water Quality: Test your source water's pH and mineral content. Extremely soft or hard water can affect ionization.

Water Leakage

  1. Inspect Connections: Ensure all hoses and connectors are securely attached. We recommend you to disconnect and reconnect firmly.
  2. Check for Damage: Look for cracks or damage in the hoses and replace if necessary.
  3. Service Parts: If water is leaking from the machine itself, it might be due to worn solenoid parts. Contact customer service for part replacements.

Non-Responsive Buttons

  1. Reset the Ionizer:Follow the reset procedure mentioned above.
  2. Check Power Connection: Ensure the machine is properly powered.
  3. Service Required: If the issue persists, it may need professional servicing. Contact customer service.
