In many cases, the battery needs to be replaced. Replace it with a new battery and try again. It is normal for the LED lights to come on and off for a while after pressing the remote control button.

Seat cracks, spotting, discoloring are caused due to the cleaning products used to clean your bidet. Our bidet, along with all the other major bidet companies use a flame retardant type of plastic (ABS). This material can change colors and eventually crack if it is cleaned by products including chemicals, acidic detergents, etc. The best way to clean your bidet is by following our cleaning instructions to prevent this from happening. Please note that seats and bidet lids can be replaced.

If that still does not resolve your issue, it is most likely the water tank that needs to be replaced. You can find this part in our bidet parts page, or you can also contact our support team.
