I recently ordered a replacement tank for my bidet. Upon installation it, which was very easy following your YouTube video. When I was done installing it tripped the circuit breaker. I looked into it and saw water everywhere. I inspected it and the rubber washer that should seal the temperature probe was not there. So I had removed the O ring rubber from the old non functional tank and tried again. It doesn’t leak now and it’s not tripping the breaker.
Thats was some poor quality control on your part. I’m not happy about it; but my wife loves the bidet. I fired off an email after this and got a message the next day.

It worked as it should. No problems.

Received the water tank quickly and no problems with getting it installed. The Ivyel is running like New! The only thing I would mention is it would be very helpful if there was a wire schematic available to help when unplugging all the wiring when replacing a component.
