FAQs

It is a product designed to flush with water instead of toilet paper after having a bowel movement. For women, it is possible to wash the vaginal area after urinating. You can remove the lid of the toilet and install a bidet. The temperature of the water used for washing can be warmed, and the temperature of the seat can also be warmed, so it can be used comfortably even in cold weather. And after washing, you can dry the area around the anus with warm air like a hair dryer.

It can help with anal health. Our anus is made up of more than 1,000 wrinkles, and the more we try to wipe it clean with toilet paper, the more fecal waste flows into the wrinkles, which can cause various anal diseases. Washing with water can keep the anus healthy and clean.

The basic function of the bidet is to wash the female vagina, clean the anus, dry, massage, etc., so it is beneficial to all who have a bowel movement. In particular, it can benefit in the case of postpartum care for pregnant women or office workers who stand for a long time. And it can be of great help to the elderly who have difficulty in turning and wiping toilet paper. In addition, the Ivyel bidet has a child function that automatically cleans, massages, and dries when the nozzle moves forward and the water stream gets weaker to suit the child's body, so it can be helpful for potty training.

It may take a long time to dry with an air dryer after washing with a bidet, so a tissue is often used for wiping off moisture. In many cases, it is said that it is possible to reduce the amount of toilet paper used before using a bidet by 75% or more.

No. They’re very easy to install and most of the time it will take less than an hour. The only tool you need is a wrench and everything else comes in the box. If you do find it difficult to install, you can always find a friend or a plumber to help you install it.

There are two types of bidet sizes which are elongated and round.

First, you must check if your toilet is a one piece, where the toilet bowl and water tank is connected as one whole toilet, or a two piece toilet, where the toilet bowl and water tank are separate pieces. For one piece toilets, there must be an L-shaped form where the tank connects to the toilet bowl in order to be able to install the bidet. If so, go through the instructions for the two piece toilet.

For french curve toilets: French curve toilets are one piece toilets that have a curved tank that slope towards the front of the seat. Bidet installation is NOT possible for french curve toilets.
