Requirements for Returns:
Returns must be initiated by customer within 30 days of the purchase date. IVYEL cannot accept returns for opened or used products. All returns are subject to review and IVYEL has the right to decline refund if received in any other condition than it was first sold. Returned products not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team. Customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.
